Poet Will Leathem, Presents 1/21 @ Kemper Museum

Will Leathem has been a force on the literary scene, as co-owner of Prospero’s Bookstore, founder of Spartan Press, and poet. Will’s poems, essays and short fiction have appeared in: NPR, The Midwest Poetry Review and The Star. As Publisher of an award-winning house press, he has produced over 40 publications. Will helped organize the first Kansas City Literary Festival on the Country Club Plaza – an event that drew national writers and attracted more than 20,000 attendees. He MC’d The Pit, the ruckus house reading at Prospero’s, which was featured in the award-winning documentary, The Pit Poet Picture Show.
