Hugh Merrill presents at Kemper 8/6
Hugh Merrill will be presenting on key successes and challenges he and his students have encountered over his 40 year career as a KCAI professor of printmaking. He’ll talk about his work including solo shows at the Nelson and Cranbrook, plus his non-profit Chameleon Arts & Youth Development (CAID). CAID’s mission is to create community art projects, one way they do this is by sending local artists to such places as Ireland, Guatemala and China to create exceptional works of art in diverse locations.
