Damron Armstrong & Susanna Deluxe, on 5/25 at Kemper

Damron Armstrong & Susanna Deluxe, on 5/25 at Kemper

by GUILDit / Wednesday, 19 April 2017 / Published in GUILDit Presents

Damron Russel Armstrong returns to KC with great credits, including Rhode Island’s – Rent! plus television and film credits that include Arrest and Trial, The Gambler, and Here to Help. He is giving back to KC by starting  The Black Repertory Theater of Kansas City, which is building bridges of understanding about the African-American experience through the presentation of unproduced works and by igniting arts education in urban core areas. Let’s embrace this good work by helping BRTKC with ideas on marketing, community outreach, budgeting and staffing. https://brtkc.org

Susanna Lee Lucky Deluxe is a standup comic, writer, and owner of The Outburst. She’s been seen on “Girls Behaving Badly”, Vice’s “Party Legends”, and, for a quick second, “Last Comic Standing”. Prestigious comedy and burlesque festivals she’s performed in include the Chicago and Bridgetown Comedy Festivals, plus in the New Zealand Burlesque Fest. Susanna Lee produced and starred in the webseries, “Perv”, which was featured at the LA Comedy Festival. She produced her own storytelling show, “Dirty Birdie Story Hour”, which is held monthly in Los Angeles, St. Louis, and KC. Susanna Lee is looking to grow The Outburst audience and customer base’s interest level. http://www.getluckydeluxe.com/
