Painter Teresa Dirks is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Missouri Arts Council Poster Award and the Southeast Missouri State University Alumni Merit Award. Her work is held by private and corporate entities and is represented by Ugallery. She has served on the Warrensburg Art in Public Places Committee, on the advisory boards of Southeast Missouri State University, and the Bootheel Youth Museum. Teresa studios at the Livestock Exchange Building where she is the Events Co-facilitator.

Painter and gallery owner Vanessa Lacy plein air and studio paintings can be seen in KU Med’s permanent collection, Westport Art Fair, and her gallery located in the Livestock Exchange Building. Her Kansas City landmark themed paintings hang in homes and businesses across the city and the country. She paints in oil on panels as small as 4” x 4” and as large as 72” x 48”, making her work appealing to private collectors and corporations alike.
